Identified - Hello,

We’ve identified that due to a global Cloudflare incident, X/Twitter is experiencing intermittent API issues, affecting multiple Hootsuite services including Publishing, Connecting/Reconnecting X/Twitter profiles, Analytics, Listening, Talkwalker and Inbox functionality.

These issues have started at approximately 05:00am PST. Our team is actively investigating to determine the impact, and we will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Update - Our teams have reported this issue with X and are in close communication with them regarding this situation.

In the interim, X has advised that users can avoid this issue by not following back any user who initiates a new DM conversation. This ensures the message stays on the standard process for delivery to Inbox 2.0.
Kindly note this only applies to new DM conversations, this option will not work if we try to unfollow any users that have already reached out via a DM.

Our own monitoring shows that all services are stable and you should no longer experience these disconnections. Monitoring - We are continuing to work with our partners at LinkedIn to resolve the root cause of the ongoing issue that is causing Company Pages to disconnect. In the meantime, our engineering team has deployed a temporary fix to help prevent new disconnections from occurring.
If your LinkedIn Page is already disconnected, you will still need to re-authenticate it to restore service. This temporary fix is designed to make that re-authentication more stable and prevent future disconnects.
