Resolved - We're pleased to inform you that the issue affecting Bluesky functionality in Hootsuite and Talkwalker has been successfully resolved.

Bluesky has confirmed the issue on their end is fixed, and our monitoring logs show that services are recovering - you should be able to publish and schedule to Bluesky in Hootsuite as usual, and Bluesky data is flowing into Talkwalker again.

Users who were seeing a permissions error when attempting to open Inbox should now be able to access it as normal.

TikTok is migrating their data infrastructure, which will cause a temporary outage for the TikTok Trends IQ App in Talkwalker starting May 20, 2026.

Restoration is expected in late May or June 2026. We will post updates as TikTok confirms a timeline.
