Issues with Instagram video posts with collaborators

Resolved

We've experienced issues with Instagram where such video posts containing collaborators failed to publish from approximately 3:00 PM PST to 5:30 PM PST. This has now been resolved and all systems are functioning normally. Any users that encountered this issue should be able to re-attempt publishing these posts as normal.
